-3 burpees and right back on the bar if you have to release

C. 1 ROUND FT: partner wod!
100 front squat 95#/65#
100 sit-up
-One partner is working through these movements at a time while the other is maintaining an isometric hold. During the front squats, the partner will hold plank. During the sit-ups, the partner will hold the barbell in the front rack. The isometric hold must be inplace for reps to count. Split up the work to complete workout in fastest time.
