One athlete does thrusters while the other waits on the ab-mat. At the completion of the 5th thurster, that athlete must hold the barbell locked out overhead while their partner completes the 10 sit-ups. Sit-ups will not count unless the partner has the barbell locked out overhead. The completion of the 10th sit-up marks the completion of one round. Alternate movements for the following round.
