-sets are performed every 2 minutes
-5th set should be as heavy as you can go

-this is a partner WOD. each partner must run 400m together before starting the next movement. the deadlifts can be split as the team sees fit as long as 20 total are completed. each partner must complete 13 burpees together before starting the next movement.
-the WOD can be tackled alone if you dare.
