ATTENTION:
CrossFit PDX Weightlifting class starts this Saturday 6/6/15 at 1000. Weightlifting class will be a weekly opportunity for those who are inspired by the barbell to focus on their technique for a dedicated hour. This a specialty subject class focused on the classic lifts of the sport of Weightlifting. The Snatch and Clean and Jerk will be fully explored, conditioning will be minimal if incorporated at all.
