How the Program Works
In our 6 Week Challenge Program you’ll learn the CrossFit movements in a supportive small group setting with other beginners.
In each session, you’ll be taught new movements and be guided through a workout that can be adjusted to meet your fitness level.
You’ll learn proper technique for each movement we introduce, and gain a deep understanding of our training methods.
Our program is designed for most adults. No baseline level of fitness is required.

Each group meets 3 times a week for 6 weeks for hour long classes.
Class size is limited to ensure each participant receives thorough training.
We offer nutritional guidance and support throughout the duration of the challenge.

Once you graduate the 6 Week Challenge, you’ll be ready to hop into any of our group CrossFit classes.
Don’t worry. Our coaches will continue to explain the workouts and will include continuous hands on help to ensure that you are working out safely and progressing quickly.
